When I became a Brownie leader, the brownies chose our names. The girls chose STARLIGHT OWL for me and the name stuck! So, in choosing a name for this blog, I thought Starlight Circle was perfect.
I like to think of this blog as virtual circle where we all can discuss and learn together!
